We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Standard delivery takes 7-14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow its progress.
Currently we ship to the UK only. We're working on expanding to Europe and other regions soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping launches.

Yes, the Smart Pet GPS Tracker requires a nano SIM card with a data plan (not included). Any pay-as-you-go SIM with a small data allowance will work. We recommend giffgaff or Three for the best value in the UK — typically just a few pounds per month.
The tracker works with the free ZEROGPS app, available on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). Simply download the app, insert your SIM card into the tracker, and follow the quick setup guide included in the box.
With active tracking, the battery lasts 2-3 days on a single USB charge. Standby mode extends battery life significantly. Charging takes approximately 1-2 hours via the included USB cable.
The GlowGuard LED Safety Collar lasts up to 8 hours on a single USB charge. It offers 3 light modes: steady glow, fast flash, and slow flash. A full charge takes about 1 hour.
Yes! The FurGlide Grooming Gloves are made from durable silicone and breathable mesh. Simply rinse under running water or pop them in the washing machine on a gentle cycle. Air dry for best results.
Yes, the GPS tracker is rated IP67 waterproof, meaning it can handle rain, splashes, and even brief submersion. The LED collar is also water-resistant for rainy walks.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us at hello@barkpulse.store and we'll arrange a return. Items must be in their original condition with packaging.
Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank to complete the transaction.
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@barkpulse.store with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
Orders & Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Please contact us at hello@barkpulse.store as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, but if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can make changes or cancel it. Once shipped, you'll need to use our returns process.
Yes! All BarkPulse products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This doesn't cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage. Contact us with your order number to make a warranty claim.
