Returns & Refunds
30-Day Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your BarkPulse purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact
- GPS trackers must not have been activated or paired with a SIM card
- LED collars and grooming gloves must be unworn and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required
How to Return
- Contact us: Email support@barkpulse.store or use our contact form with your order number
- Receive your return label: We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
- Ship it back: Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest post office
- Get your refund: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within our 2-year warranty period, we'll replace it free of charge. Contact us with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement immediately.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost. We'll send the replacement as soon as we receive the original item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, grooming gloves that have been used cannot be returned. All other products are eligible for return within 30 days.
