UK Delivery

All BarkPulse orders are shipped from our fulfilment partners. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch.

• Standard Delivery: Free on orders over £30, otherwise £3.99
• Express Delivery: £6.99 (3–5 business days)

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel using the link provided, or by visiting the carrier's website directly.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the UK only. We're working on expanding to Europe and beyond — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

Customs & Duties

All UK orders are delivered duty-free. No additional charges will apply at the point of delivery.
